News for Agents

Zylinc Cloud Help Center changes appearance: 

Zylinc Cloud Help Center in the Web Agent and Configuration Manager changes appearance to give you a better experience. The button is now called "Help" and gives you direct access to Zylinc Cloud Help Center. 

 

 

Stereo recording: Recordings will now be stored in stereo with the agent's voice in the left loudspeaker and the other party in the right.

 

Option to Set Agents to “Do Not Disturb”

It is now possible to set agents to “Do Not Disturb” when they are on a call.

This setting can be configured under “Presence Federation.”

 

Bug Fixes - Agents

  • Double calls: The challenge arising from outgoing calls dialling 2 numbers simultaneously, provided the contact has more than one office or mobile number on their contact card, has been solved. 
  • Digit Collection: Now, the Web Agent can always see entered digits when doing a callback.
  • Optimized calendar synchronization.
  • The browser tab on the Welcome Page now says "Zylinc Cloud" instead of "Zylinc Novus."
  • Callback calls get stuck: A callback call no longer gets stuck when transferring it to an internal queue.
  • Optimized Azure AD log-in.
  • Optimized search for keywords consisting of one character.

  • An Intapp integration for Time capture CRM integration has been added. 

 

Azure Entra ID import - Organization Contact Sync: We have added a new functionality which enables automatic "organization contact" synchronization.

Bug Fixes - Admins

  • We have improved the explainer text in Configuration Manager under Time Capture settings:
  • SIP/Trunk: Minimizing the risk of erroneous set-up along with improved monitoring.
  • Better queue set-up to minimize the risk of lost calls.
  • Improved IVR configuration to prevent empty incorrect fields.
  • Log-in error on users created from CSV files has been corrected.
