Simple Agent: Inactive when log-in changed
The user will no longer be set to inactive-status when logging into Simple Agent.
Easier access to the welcome page
We have made it easier to get to the Zylinc Cloud welcome page where you select your work area. When in the web apps, simply click the Zylinc logo.
Company name in the Configuration Manager and design improvements
Now, you can see your company's name in the top navigation bar in the Configuration Manager. Moreover, you can see your user name and the role you are logged in as. We have, moreover, implemented some design improvements.
Create opening hours directly for IVRs
You can now add opening hours and public holidays directly in the IVR from the Configuration Manager. This way, you no longer have to create a queue for the sole purpose of managing opening hours. Managing opening hours works in the same way as other queues.
Wallboards: Deep link instead of logging in
In order to access wallboards without logging in, you can now create a deep link in the Configuration Manager.
Specifically when showing wallboards on large screens, it is helpful to no longer have to log in with user name and password.
Access to wallboards for users not in Active Directory
You can now allow users that are not in your company Active Directory to access your wallboards. You can also create a user name and password to PowerBI (provided you have an available PowerBI license).
Text-to-speech now also for System Announcements
The pre-defined Systems Announcements are now available in text-to-speech with a male or female voice. This way, you can use the same voice across announcements, assuming you use text-to-speech for your custom announcements/ personal greetings.
Kibana dashboards: More adjustment options
We have developed several new options for your Kibana dashboard. Now, you can:
- Save settings on dashboards
- Create more dashboards
- Add tiles from library
- Adjust looks, size, title, description and add your own time frame on each tile
- Rearrange tiles
Filtering options for the call flow diagram visualization
The call flow diagram visualization can now be filtered to only show specific queues, IVRs, opening hours and opening hour calendars instead of displaying the entire call flow.
