Zylinc Cloud wallboard is a data visualization where all call data can be viewed live. For each tentant, you can create different statistics wallboards for your various queues or bring them all together in one visualization. In the image below we have, for example, shown 2 queues.
Each statistics wallboard shows a timeline of all the day's calls along with summarized numbers for selected queues so they show: Answered calls, missed calls, currently calls in queue, average waiting time, abandoned calls, longest waiting time and service level.
The statistics wallboard can show: calls waiting in queue, average waiting time, answered calls, service level as well as the number of many agents who are ready, in wrap-up and busy state.
The agents that are on a queue on the wallboard will also be visible with the following information: Number of calls handled, current status of the agent and how long the agent have been in that status.
