Make sure your headset is registered in the computer’s audio settings
Open “Audio setting” in the bottom right corner of your computer:
Check that the headset or audio device that the sound should come from/in is selected in the “Output” and “Input” fields:
I have selected my headset, but I can't hear the customers
Test your headset
Select your audio settings via the audio icon in the bottom right corner of your screen:
Select “More volume settings”:
Tap the arrow next to your selected headset:
Test your headset and make sure your headset is working:
Customers can't hear me
Make sure the microphone is selected for your headset and not your computer's built-in microphone.
Tap the sound icon in the bottom right corner and select “More volume settings”:
Verify that your headset is selected under the “Input” section:
Tap the arrow next to your headset:
