I have no ringtone when I receive calls
If you want your computer’s loudspeakers to ring when you are offered a call, follow this guide.
Start by making sure you have the right settings in your Web Agent.
Your working mode should be either “Active” or “Stand-by” and you should have “Offer” selected under deployment mode. Otherwise you will not be offered calls at all.
Now go to “Settings” via the icon in the bottom left corner:
Under the “SOUND & HEADSET” tab, make sure the volume is turned up and that you have selected the devices you want - headset and external speakers for instance - to play the ringtone:
Still no sound?
