Have you missed calls and become unreachable?
The “You are unreachable” notification will automatically appear if you have been offered a call that you have not answered.
The notification will be visible on your screen for as long as your system administrator has configured under the Agent Timers feature. Here, your administrator has also configured what will happen to you. You can also manually press “Continue” or “Log out” yourself.
If your administrator has chosen for you to continue receiving calls, you will return as an active agent and will be offered calls.
If your administrator has chosen to log you out, you will see this information on our homepage and will need to log in to Zylinc Cloud to answer calls again:
