WebAgent Disconneted
If you from time to time, are experiencing that the WebAgent is "disconnected", then the reason for this, could be your settings in your browser.
Chrome Browser
Press the 3 dots upper right corner and chose Settings
Go to Performance
Copy the link for your WebAgent and Add it under "always keep these sites active"
You now successfully added your WebAgent to the list of sites that don't go inactive
Edge Browser
Press the 3 dots upper right corner and chose Settings
Go to System and performance
Chose Balanced savings, & add link from your WebAgent under "never put these sites to sleep"
You now successfully added your WebAgent to the list of sites that don't go inactive
