1 Introduction
We are proud to announce our latest release 3.4.
With this release, we are launching our new client Navigator, as well as introducing a new feature in the agent and receptionist view of our agent client.
Finally, we have some minor improvements to the receptionist view and the Salesforce app.
2 New Product - "Navigator"
Zylinc is proud to introduce our newest client, the Zylinc Cloud Navigator.
This client is built for Broadworks users and allows them to use our Zylinc Cloud client for their own user profile.
2.1 Navigator features
The client has the familiar search and presence information, and is further enhanced with personal phone settings, spoken absence and the ability to pull calls from colleagues who are currently away.

3 Personal groups in Receptionist and Agent view
Our receptionist and agent view has been upgraded with the ability to create and manage your own personal groups of contacts.
3.1 Create a group
- To create a group, select "Groups" in the frame with agents and queues.
- Select "Create new"
- Name the group and then search for the contacts you wish to add to this group.
Once you click "create" the group will appear in the frame, and you can now select this group if you want to see all the contacts in the search.
Additionally, you can use the groups to easily send emails, SMS, or initiate Teams chat with all the contacts in the group. Simply click the three dots and choose what type of communication you wish to use to engage with all contacts in the group.
4 Keyboard navigation - Receptionist view
We have updated our keyboard navigation in the receptionist view, to better allow users to use the arrow keys to select contacts as well as return to the search field.
5 Bulk edit - Queue Announcements
We have upgraded our announcements profiles, so these can now be edited in bulk.
Select the checkbox next to the announcement, and then select edit.
You will now be able to select one or more announcements to be pushed to all profiles in one go, thus saving you a lot of time if you have to use ad hoc messages or similar.
If you would like to know, which queues use these queue announcement click "show", and you will be presented with a list of all the queues using this configuration.
6 Salesforce app update
Our Salesforce app has gotten a minor upgrade to the search feature so that we find the right contact based on Caller ID with fewer false positives.
